All customer VMs should be fully available. There is an ongoing issue with some VMs reporting incorrect statuses such as 'Rebuilding' but this is not affecting the running of the machines. We expect this to be fixed within the next hour.
Services have returned and we are allowing tenants to go back onto the portal.
We recommend that tenants check their systems, restart any systems with issues.
