The severe network instability that was observed last Tuesday 17th March has been investigated and a fix has now been implemented. However, we are still investigating sporadic instability which is affecting a small subset of virtual machines. Further details will be given in due course. Many thanks for your patience.
Networking on the cloud platform is currently stable and we have identified the cause of the issue. We are still working with our vendors to implement a permanent fix.
We are aware of an issue affecting connectivity to virtual machines on the Gibraltar cloud platform which is related to current upgrade works. We are working to fix this issue and will post further updates as soon as possible.
